(1)药物导向的有机合成与催化化学研究,包括不对称催化、过渡金属催化、有机小分子催化和酶催化等。
(2)围绕含N、O、P手性分子的新试剂、新配体、新催化剂和新反应的设计与开发,并探索其在药物化学和材料化学等领域的应用。
