1991年，华东理工大学化学系获工学学士；

1999年，中国科学院昆明植物研究所获理学博士学位，先后于纽约市立大学和牛津大学从事博士后和访问研究，中国科学院特聘核心骨干研究员；

2019年3月至今，304am永利集团工作。

新颖结构活性天然产物的发现、功能挖掘及新药创制的研究。

科研项目：

基础研究入选国家自然科学基金委《2012年度报告》（http://www.nsfc.gov.cn/nsfc/cen/ndbg/2012ndbg/04/18.html）。在重大新药创制专项及863等课题的支持下，将吲哚生物碱、柠檬苦素及植物化学防御的基础研究成果进一步拓展到应用领域，一、主持完成新药“灯台叶碱”获CFDA颁发的《药物临床试验批件》，并完成I、II期临床试验；二、研制印楝柠檬苦素获《农药临时登记证》, 并获准使用于AA 级绿色食品生产（NY/T393-2013）；三、合作诱导培育紫根水葫芦，挖掘其中抑制蓝藻活性物质，并在净化污染水体中示范、推广超过10000亩。获得中国发明专利10项授权，美国发明专利2项授权。
